Joseph, original scholar, inspiration for KES and founder of Bahati Division Academy, visited the UK for a flying visit last weekend, but took the opportunity to meet the new Trustees and as many sponsors and supporters as he could. And despite the UK winter, Joseph enjoyed a warm welcome.
We had an extraordinary Trustee meeting at Chairman John's house to discuss the future of KES. And I can personally add that Joseph was the catalyst to some even more impassioned discussions and ideas than usual.

Simon and Nicky also hosted a lovely lunch for sponsors and supporters. It was great to meet the people that make such a difference and for the sponsors to meet Joseph and witness his passion and achievements first-hand. Joseph really is testimony that scholarships and education can elevate people from poverty and provide a world of opportunities.

Yes, it was a wonderful opportunity to meet Joseph again and gather our faithful trustees, sponsors and supporters together... The story goes on and my message was "Keep telling the story of KES!"
